#1 Exercise is back in person at both Bruce Station (Mon & Thurs) 10am and Trefry Centre (Wed) 10am. The Wed classes will still be available on Zoom. Contact us if you’d like the link to join.
#2 Coffee Connections Toonie Tuesday is June 21st 9:30-10:30am. As part of the New Horizons Seniors Grant we’re combining Toonie Tuesday and Tech Tuesday to offer those who bring in their iPad or iPhone some senior friendly lessons at this social gathering.
#3 We are hosting a fun Community Challenge for Seniors’ Month. I hope you’re able to come out and walk with the team in your area to help them win the challenge. Please see the attached poster for more details. I’m encouraging those who are walking from the Trefry Centre to bring a fun walking stick for a chance at our individual team prize.
